Grief of Feeling Deeply

October 20, 2026

Did you grow up feeling different from everyone around you? Was there pressure to be less emotional and careful or more spontaneous and decisive? Most highly sensitive people don't discover why they're more emotional, thoughtful, or empathetic until much later in life. This realization can feel like a relief, to finally have language for your complex experience, but it can also bring up feelings of deep sadness from not having your needs met, years of being misunderstood, or lost time in figuring it out.

In this workshop, you'll take a step towards self-acceptance of your sensitivity, learn ways to heal the grief by reconnecting with your inner child, and identify ways to care deeply for yourself now. It’s not too late!

Embracing “Too Much”

Calming Social Anxiety

December 8, 2026

Do you dread social situations? Highly sensitive people often have this experience because you're overstimulated while you're there and completely exhausted when you leave. You crave meaningful connections, but instead find yourself feeling empty after spending time with people, often even needing days to recover afterward. This can lead to avoiding socializing altogether, missing out on important life events and opportunities for connection.

In this workshop, you discover how to tease apart social anxiety from overstimulation, learn tools to manage social anxiety, and start taking better care of yourself in social settings to bolster connection.

The Sensitive Sessions were created for highly sensitive people who…

  • Feel guilty when you take time for yourself or set boundaries.

  • Often feel overwhelmed, stressed, or misunderstood.

  • Minimize or sacrifice your needs to care for others.

  • Have recently discovered that you’re an HSP and/or are figuring out what you need to feel your best.

  • Enjoy deep-diving into self-reflection practices.

  • Need help to start showing up for yourself on a regular basis.

  • Want to understand the highly sensitive trait and your experiences as an HSP more deeply.

To help you prioritize your sensitive needs and feel more relaxed, the monthly sessions include...

Live Workshop + Recordings

To better understand your sensitivity and how to care for your different needs, the Sessions explore a different HSP-related theme each month using instruction, journaling, and mindfulness exercises. Whether or not you attend the sessions live, you'll have access to the recording for at least 30 days. You'll also be able to watch sessions from the previous six months as well.

Digital Workbook

To build on the insights and tools learned in the workshops, each month you'll receive a 10+ page workbook. Workbooks include the most important information and reflections on that month’s theme. You can print the low-ink version or fill out the digital PDF on your computer.

Community Connection

Being in a space created just for HSPs can help you feel less alone and make it easier to recognize your unique needs for balance and meaningful experiences. Experience the relief of being surrounded by others on the same wavelength! Enjoy going deep and spending quality time with other HSPs during live Zoom discussions, creative co-working spaces, and text-based chats.
