Sensitive Circles
A cozy online community for highly sensitive people to find meaningful connection and deepen self-awareness at their own pace.
The Sensitive Circles community was created for HSPs who feel…
misunderstood by the people in their life and often question if their needs are valid.
guilty when you take time for yourself or set boundaries.
exhausted from always being the emotional support person, but rarely getting anything in return.
bored of shallow conversations that feel empty and meaningless.
overwhelmed trying to keep up with the non-HSPs around them and looking for resources to live a more balanced life with low-pressure connections with other HSPs.
To help you feel more understood and less overwhelmed, this therapist run space includes…
Meaningful Chat Connections
In this text-based space, you don't have to explain your needs or hide your sensitivity.
You can share those moments from your day that only other HSPs will understand, ask for feedback about a struggle you’re having, post an inspiring photo, or ask questions like “is this an HSP thing?” to see if others relate.
Live Online Gatherings
Experience the relief of being surrounded by others on the same wavelength in real time!
Live Circles will be held over Zoom and include Q+A discussions, creativity co-working spaces, quiet reading circles, seasonal book clubs, and more.
Typically held on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 11am PT/2pm ET and 4pm PT/7pm ET.
Educational Workshops
To better understand your sensitivity and how to care for your different needs, the Sensitive Sessions explore a different HSP-related theme each month using instruction, journaling, and mindfulness exercises.
You’ll find upcoming workshops and available recordings below.

Rebalance Your Mental Load
June 16, 2026
Are you constantly tracking everyone else's needs, making sure things are done right, or the only one who remembers birthdays? Highly sensitive people often carry the invisible, mental load in their relationships, families, and at work. You are naturally more perceptive and empathetic, notice what others don't, and feel the most uncomfortable when something isn't done right. This is great to an extent, but it often means you're left holding the pieces and bringing tasks across the finish line.
In this workshop, you'll learn about the impact of carrying the mental load, discover why you're so exhausted all the time and what you don't even realize you're holding, and how to begin to set things down to regain your energy and focus.
Non-Negotiable Boundaries
July 14, 2026
Do you want to have stronger boundaries, but end up putting others first out of guilt? Your boundaries are essential in getting enough downtime and making sure you don't feel trapped in overwhelm mode all the time. When you're more empathetic than most and tend to overthink things, figuring out when to set a boundary and navigating feelings of discomfort are difficult.
In this workshop, you'll identify what boundaries are non-negotiable for you, how to set limits even if you've never felt comfortable doing so before, and start to get your needs met more often.
Honor Your Needs Without Guilt
August 11, 2026
What’s the biggest reason you say “yes” to an invite or request when you’re exhausted, stressed, or just not interested? It’s often guilt.
As a highly sensitive person, it's easy to bypass your needs to avoid feeling guilty about disappointing someone else. Letting guilt run the show comes at a high cost - overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, resentment.
In this workshop, you’ll begin to recognize the impact of sacrificing your own well being, learn a step-by-step process to release feelings of guilt, and finally start putting yourself first.
Past Workshops
You'll have instant access to the past six months of workshop recordings and resources immediately upon registration.

Take a Sneak Peek Inside the Community
This is an online community which you’ll access through the app on your phone/tablet or from your computer. Think of it as your alternative to social media, but instead of mindless scrolling and overstimulation, you’ll…
Experience the relief and joy of being connected to HSPs who value depth and meaning, without masking or caretaking.
What HSPs are saying about the community and workshops…
Hi, I’m April Snow, LMFT
I’m a licensed psychotherapist and author in California who specializes in working with HSPs to help them overcome the stress and anxiety of living in a busy, overwhelming world.
Deeply committed to changing the narrative of what it means to be highly sensitive and understanding first-hand the powerful impact of community, I built a thriving 5,000+ member online therapist community. Now I want to create a similar space for all HSPs.
If this feels like the supportive and inclusive space you’ve been missing…
