Meaningful Chat Connections

In this space, you don't have to explain your needs or hide your sensitivity. Chat with other HSPs anytime to share about your day-to-day HSP experiences, ask questions from people who also think and feel deeply, or post inspiring photos.

Live Online Gatherings

Experience the relief of being surrounded by others on the same wavelength! Enjoy going deep and spending quality time with other HSPs in real time. Live Circles will be held over Zoom and include Q+A discussions, creativity co-working spaces, seasonal book clubs, and more.

Educational Workshops

Using didactic learning, journaling, and mindfulness exercises, the Sensitive Sessions explore a different HSP-related theme each month such as Unhooking From Social Burnout, Unburdening Yourself From Other People’s Emotions, or Finding the Meaning in Grief. Attend live or watch the recordings.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist and author in California who specializes in working with HSPs to help them overcome the stress and anxiety of living in a busy, overwhelming world.

Deeply committed to changing the narrative of what it means to be highly sensitive and understanding first-hand the powerful impact of community, I built a thriving 5,000+ member online therapist community. Now I want to create a similar space for all HSPs.

FAQs

  • You can visit the community from the Circle app (Apple or Android) or from your computer’s internet browser.

  • The Sensitive Sessions (educational workshops) are the second Tuesday of each month at 12pm PT/3pm ET and 4pm PT/7pm ET.

    The discussion and creative co-working groups are offered at various times to accommodate community members from different time zones. Typically held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between the hours of 10am PT/1pm ET and 5pm PT/8pm ET.

  • The Sensitive Session workshops are recorded and available to replay for five months.

    Discussion-based gatherings are not recorded so people feel comfortable to share openly and show up in their comfy clothes.

  • Yes, there are dedicated spaces within the community to connect with others with overlapping backgrounds.

    These spaces are currently chat-based only, not live events.
