Sensitive Circles

A cozy online community for highly sensitive people to find meaningful connection and deepen self-awareness at their own pace.

The Sensitive Circles community was created for HSPs who feel…

  • misunderstood by the people in their life and often question if their needs are valid.

  • guilty when you take time for yourself or set boundaries.

  • exhausted from always being the emotional support person, but rarely getting anything in return.

  • bored of shallow conversations that feel empty and meaningless.

  • overwhelmed trying to keep up with the non-HSPs around them and looking for resources to live a more balanced life with low-pressure connections with other HSPs.

To help you feel more understood and less overwhelmed, this therapist run space includes…

Meaningful Chat Connections

In this text-based space, you don't have to explain your needs or hide your sensitivity.

You can share those moments from your day that only other HSPs will understand, ask for feedback about a struggle you’re having, post an inspiring photo, or ask questions like “is this an HSP thing?” to see if others relate.

Live Online Gatherings

Experience the relief of being surrounded by others on the same wavelength!

Live Circles will be held over Zoom and include Q+A discussions, creativity co-working spaces, quiet reading circles, seasonal book clubs, and more.

Enjoy going deep and spending quality time with other HSPs in real time.

Educational Workshops

To better understand your sensitivity and how to care for your different needs, the Sensitive Sessions explore a different HSP-related theme each month using instruction, journaling, and mindfulness exercises.

You’ll find upcoming workshops and available recordings below.

Upcoming Workshops

Sessions are typically offered on the 2nd Tuesday of the month over Zoom at 12pm PT/3pm ET and 4pm PT/7pm ET (60 minutes each, webinar style). You're welcome to join live or watch the recording.

Scattered and Sensitive

April 14, 2026

Do you wish you could be more focused and organized? Despite being more naturally aware of their surroundings, many highly sensitive people struggle to stay on top of their to-do lists, forget little details, and feel like they're living in a mental fog. The more overwhelmed you feel, the more you forget, and round and round it goes.

In this workshop, you'll start to identify the different causes of your distraction, learn strategies to feel more in control of your day, and start living more in alignment with your sensitive needs.

Resetting After Stress

May 19, 2026

Having your life and typical rhythm disrupted by a period of stress can impact you in significant ways. As a highly sensitive person, you may struggle to acknowledge the intensity of the impact and not give yourself the time you need to find your baseline again.

In this workshop, you'll learn to care for yourself more intentionally following a difficult period and reflect on what you need to feel more prepared next time.

Rebalance Your Mental Load

June 16, 2026

Are you constantly tracking everyone else's needs, making sure things are done right, or the only one who remembers birthdays? Highly sensitive people often carry the invisible, mental load in their relationships, families, and at work. You are naturally more perceptive and empathetic, notice what others don't, and feel the most uncomfortable when something isn't done right. This is great to an extent, but it often means you're left holding the pieces and bringing tasks across the finish line.

In this workshop, you'll learn about the impact of carrying the mental load, discover why you're so exhausted all the time and what you don't even realize you're holding, and how to begin to set things down to regain your energy and focus.

Past Workshops

You'll have instant access to the past five months of workshop recordings and resources immediately upon registration.

Hi, I’m April Snow, LMFT

I’m a licensed psychotherapist and author in California who specializes in working with HSPs to help them overcome the stress and anxiety of living in a busy, overwhelming world.

Deeply committed to changing the narrative of what it means to be highly sensitive and understanding first-hand the powerful impact of community, I built a thriving 5,000+ member online therapist community. Now I want to create a similar space for all HSPs.

If this feels like the supportive and inclusive space you’ve been missing…
